Terms & Conditions - Software Training

General
The student agrees that the enrolment and attendance in any course is subject to these terms and conditions.

Equipment
DHV Consulting will not provide a desktop computer during the course. The students have to bring their own laptops to practice during the course. This is a cost effective approach and also allows the student to keep the exercise examples on theis own laptop for future reference and practice.

Course Fees
Course Fee must be paid in full at least a week before the course. Course Fee can be transferred to another person. Course Fee is GST inclusive. DHV Consulting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change any course fees and charges.

No Refund
DHV Consulting has no liability to refund the course fee paid. Course cancellation can be accepted, but there will be no refund of the fee paid.

No guarantee
DHV Consulting does not guarantee that the student should receive any advantage in job finding or career advantage after the course completion. The courses are designed to help with up skilling and gaining knowledge.

Intellectual property DHV Consulting will hand out a printed course manual with the course content for the student to keep. Course manuals are for the student individual learning needs only. The student must not copy, sell, publish or distribute any of the course manuals.

Privacy
DHV Consulting is commited to comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. The information of the student collected during the enrollment will not be disclosed to parties outside of the company.
